yay, back.

afternoon training was kind of better. run canteen 5 rounds, then it started raining. :s
so did medicine ball again, and set play.

after training went to rix, there a women, crazy one, she think we are like noisy, she used her heels to knock on rix house window, was startled to see it man. and that aunty, nothing better la. ==

after pm, went sumo house eat then went home.

my leg got rashes, both leg. :'( very itchy eh, then i scratch it, like more red ans swollen, itchy la. cannot tahan alr. :x

yay-ness, class bbq, and i messaged sylvia, she said she watching madagasca in malaysia with her niece, wow cool, come back soon, miss you.
